HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? 🎄❄️

All orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail or UPS or DHL

Please note that delivery timescales are estimated by the delivery companies and are not always guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.

DISPATCH TIMES

• Orders with Standard Delivery are dispatched in 1 - 2 business days*.

• Orders with Special Delivery, received before 2:00PM, will be dispatched same day** (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2:00PM on Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.

*Business Days are Monday - Friday and exclude UK Public Holidays.

**Special Delivery excludes Custom Order items. These items have a specific turnaround time that is noted on the product page. If Next Day Delivery is selected for a Custom Order item, please note that it will be shipped using the next day service once complete.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER - WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Why Has My Order Been Returned?

If your order tracking page shows the status ‘Returned to Sender’, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered

  • Package was being held at the customers local delivery office following a missed delivery and the retention period has exceeded.

If a delivery attempt has been unsuccessful, you will either be left a calling card advising you how to arrange for re-delivery and/or you will be able to check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email at any time to confirm current status of your package.

What Happens When My Order Is Returned?

If your parcel has been returned to us your order will be refunded as a Return and we will contact you within 5 - 10 Business Days to update you.

Will It Be Re-posted?

Unfortunately orders that have been returned to us can’t be re-directed to our customers again. If you would still like the item(s), you will need to place a new order through our website once the return has been processed.

Important, please note: if your order was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or a failure to arrange re-delivery or collection following a missed delivery attempt, we are only able to refund the cost of the item(s) and not the initial shipping costs.
