All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of any payment or engagement necessary, for the express purpose of delivering our products and services with the client, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Stock Items

Due to the volume of items we have in, the images we use are likely to be stock images (of cameras that we have previously stocked and sold).

The description and photos will be representative of the item for sale. Any notable cosmetic marks, as determined by us and in our sole discretion, will be clearly highlighted and / or photographed specifically for that listing.

Please note that as the majority of cameras we sell are vintage, a certain degree of superficial cosmetic marks are to be expected, in line with normal usage and age.

2. 90 Day Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, we provide a 90 day Warranty for faults on all cameras. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details.

3. Returns

Depending on the return reason, you have either 30 or 90 Days from the date of receipt to return your item to us. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

4.Order Fulfillment

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with us for any reason. This includes, the limitation or cancellation of the quantities of any item purchased.

In the event of a cancellation or modification of your order, we will endeavor to contact you via the contact information provided on your order confirmation. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of any unfulfilled items.

5. Errors and Inaccuracies

We do our best to ensure that all information provided by us is accurate and up to date. There may be occasions where the information presented on this site is inaccurate or missing (E.g. descriptions, product specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping costs and item availability).

We reserve the right to update inaccurate or missing information, at any time and without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or request an amendment to any order placed with us that require correction. We are not obligated to fulfill any order containing erroneous product / service information. In these instances the buyer will be contacted immediately and made aware of the necessary amendment(s) or cancellation of their order.

6.Postage & Delivery

We will endeavor to dispatch all items within 1 - 2 business days* of receiving a cleared payment.

We post all items using tracked services that are insured to the full item value.

Unfortunately, once the item is dispatched we cannot be responsible for logistical delays during transit.

Please allow up to 14 business days* from the due date for UK orders and 28 business days* from the due date for International orders before requesting a lost parcel claim.

*Please note that business days are Monday - Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

7. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies on this website. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. LensFayre uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of the website and their website access preferences.
