Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please use Clearpay responsibly.
The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Clearpay Plans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Add your item(s) to your cart as normal. In the payment field, select Clearpay as the payment option.
You will be re-directed the Clearpay website to register and input your payment details.
If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account to complete your order.
To use Clearpay instore, simply download the Clearpay mobile app, set up the Clearpay Card, and use the Clearpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at check out. You will repay us the amount in 4 instalments. Easy!

Clearpay allows you to split the cost of your order over 4 installments, due every two weeks.
Your first payment will be due at the time of purchase. The remaining three installments will be automatically deducted from your selected payment method, every two weeks.
You will receive a reminder from Clearpay 2 days before each installment is collected.
If you would like to make additional payments before they are due, you can log in to your Clearpay account to submit a payment early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log into your Clearpay account anytime to view your outstanding balance, or to make a payment before the next due date.

Yes, the maximum amount we can accept is £1000 GBP.

If you miss a payment Clearpay will contact you via text and email letting you know that a payment is outstanding. You will have until 11pm the next day to make a missed payment and avoid any fees.
If the payment remains outstanding, you will be charged a £6 late fee per missed payment.
You will be charged an additional £6 if the payment remains outstanding after 7 days.
Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order value.
Using Clearpay will not affect your credit score, because they do not report to credit agencies if your payments fail. However, if your payment(s) remain outstanding, Clearpay may pass your debt to a debt collection agency and this may impact your ability to use Clearpay in the future.
